What to email about

Report an error in a calculator

If a formula, a worked example, or a cited number on the site looks wrong, we want to hear about it. Include:

  • The full URL of the calculator page
  • The specific number, formula, or sentence that looks wrong
  • What you expected, and (if you have one) the source

Verified corrections are republished with an updated "Last updated" date on the page. See how our calculators are built for the full editorial process.

Request a calculator that doesn't exist yet

If there's a calculation you need that's not on the site, two options:

  • For a free additionto the public catalog, use the "Request" button in the site header. Popular requests get built and published, typically within a few weeks.
  • For a paid custom build with a guaranteed 5-day turnaround, see custom calculators.

Branded calculators for your business

To license a calculator with your brand colors and logo and embed it on your own site, start with the branded calculators page or email hello@calc.cards with the calculator URL and a quick note about your site.

AI calculator skills

Questions about the Markdown skill files for Claude Code, ChatGPT, and other LLM workflows, or about volume licensing for a team, go to the same inbox. Browse the catalog at /marketplace or email us with the calculator name and your use case.

Press, partnerships, and licensing

Media inquiries, partnership proposals, and content licensing requests all use the same inbox. Subject line "Press" or "Partnership" helps us route faster.

Privacy, data, and legal

Data-subject requests (GDPR, CCPA), data-deletion requests, and any formal legal notice go to hello@calc.cards. Detail on what we collect and how is in the privacy policy.

Technical bugs and site issues

If a calculator returns "NaN", a page won't load, a checkout fails, or a saved scenario disappears, please include:

  • The page URL where it happened
  • What you were trying to do
  • The browser and device (e.g. "Chrome on iPhone")
  • A screenshot, if possible

Who you'll hear back from

Calc.Cards is operated by a small team at Wilcoe. Replies come from a real person on that team, not an autoresponder. Initial reply within 1–2 business days, often the same day for urgent issues like a stuck checkout or a published-data error.

What this inbox is not

A few things we genuinely can't help with, so we can route them back faster:

  • Personal financial, medical, or legal advice. Our calculators are educational tools. For a decision about your situation, talk to a licensed professional in the relevant field.
  • Support for Oracle HCM "Calculation Cards." That's an Oracle payroll product, unrelated to Calc.Cards. Oracle support handles it.
  • Support for hydraulic calculation cards in fire-sprinkler engineering. Same naming collision, unrelated product.
